As a Latina therapist, with over 10 years of private practice experience, I love helping people become a stronger version of themselves. I am committed to offering my clients a place where they can feel safe to open up about their inner thoughts and feelings and overcome their challenges. For my clients who are over 21 +, our work together focuses primarily on talking about their current struggles, their past relationships and figuring out how to love who they are and flourish. My work with parent(s), focuses on helping parents understand their child's behaviors & needs, uncovering how their own childhood issues are showing up as they parent and figuring out how to prioritize themselves so they can be the parent they want to be and feel more confident and patient.
